Ticket to Elsewhere
"If this is a dream, it's the weirdest dream I've ever had..."
Ticket to Elsewhere is a short narrative game about judging the life of someone who's passing through on their way to elsewhere, featuring the voice of Marty Vite. It was made in 13 days for the 2025 Gamedev.js Jam, and inspired by our previous title, An Oceanside Journey on the Elsewhere Express.
Controls
The game is entirely mouse-driven. Click-and-drag factors to the scale to weigh them, or to the Petitioner's portrait to ask about them.

I found a bug. If you drag a factor from either side of the scale to the Petitioner's portrait, it causes the initial dialogue to happen again instead of the dialogue about the factor and then causes a new copy of the Petitioner's factors to generate on the left board. This only happens if you drag the factor from the scale. If you drag it from the left board it gives the correct dialogue.
